P1harmony Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the p1harmony platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing or using the p1harmony platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

To use p1harmony's services, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Be a legal resident or citizen of Malaysia to access this platform.
  • Not appearing on any prohibition or sanctions list imposed by any relevant authority.
  • Register only one account per individual — multiple registrations are strictly prohibited.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.

P1harmony reserves the right to reject registration applications or close any account found not to meet the above eligibility requirements without prior notice.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your p1harmony account password and login credentials confidential. All activity carried out under your login credentials will be treated as your own actions.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. p1harmony is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

  • Do not share your password with anyone.
  • Use a strong and unique password for this account.
  • Log out of shared devices after every session.
  • Update your password regularly for added security.

User Responsibilities

Users agree not to engage in any activity that could damage the platform, disrupt other users, or violate applicable Malaysian law. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using bots, automated software, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit any system vulnerabilities.
  • Committing identity fraud or providing false information during registration or verification.
  • Using another person's account without their authorisation.
  • Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious transactions through the platform.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or permanent closure without compensation.

3. Payments, Transactions & Deposit Policy

All financial transactions on the p1harmony platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). p1harmony accepts local payment methods including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfers from major Malaysian banks.

Deposit
  • All deposits are final once credited to your account.
  • P1harmony is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
  • The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the payments section of your account and is subject to change.
  • Deposits that cannot be identified will be frozen until identity verification is completed.
Withdrawal
  • Withdrawal requests will only be processed once all active bonus requirements have been fully met.
  • Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for amounts exceeding certain limits.
  • P1harmony reserves the right to suspend processing of any withdrawal that shows signs of suspicious activity pending the outcome of an investigation.
  • Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the withdrawal method selected.
Refund Policy

Funds that have been used for betting or gaming are non-refundable. Unused deposits may be requested for refund, subject to identity verification and case assessment by the p1harmony team. p1harmony's decision on all refund requests is final.

4. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

P1harmony is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this platform. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim. This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Account Suspension & Closure

P1harmony reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity, or at our sole discretion for reasons related to platform security and the protection of other users. You may request voluntary account closure through customer support at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software on the p1harmony platform are the exclusive property of p1harmony or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any part of our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Third-Party Links & Services

The p1harmony platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. p1harmony is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or conduct of those third-party services. Use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

Changes to These Terms

P1harmony reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-account notifications or your registered email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and p1harmony.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Use of this platform constitutes your agreement to that jurisdiction.
